Our care is completely HIPAA compliant. Once you try to schedule, it will take you through our medical records for you to go through your registration and pay accordingly. Refund policies are as below.

Refund Policy 

At telesleepclinic.com, our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in our dealings with our patients. It is important to note that our service is only available for ND, SD, MN, and IA states. We do not offer refunds on home sleep studies. When scheduling a visit, we require a $50 upfront payment. If for any reason you are unable to make it, you may cancel, but the rest of the payment for the visit is non-refundable. We understand that situations may vary, and we strive to accommodate our patients to the best of our ability.

Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of booking for cases that we consider refundable. Please ensure that you submit your request promptly to avoid any issues. Thank you for your understanding!
